Our Services

Your First Visit

Your first visit to Ridge Dental will take about 90 minutes from start to finish and includes an exam and cleaning. This will allow us plenty of time to get to know you, learn about your dental health history, and answer any questions you have. During your first visit, we will do X-rays, photographs and measurements to determine the health of the gums and supporting structures.

General Dentistry

We offer all the general dentistry services you need to keep you and your family’s teeth healthy, happy, and pain-free.

Family Dentistry

People of all ages are welcome for routine dental check ups.  You and your children should visit us every 6 months. And be sure to schedule a visit for your baby as soon as they turn one year old or after their first tooth comes in.

Cleanings & Checkups

Depending on your age and health history, visit us every 6 months for a comprehensive oral health checkup. This visit will include once-a-year x-rays, a gentle cleaning and examination, and answers to all your questions.

Sealants

Dental sealants are preventive treatments designed to protect against tooth decay. Our dental sealant treatments are great for both children and adults, but the earlier you get them, the better!

Cavity Fillings

Cavities are decayed areas of your teeth that turn into tiny openings or holes. To keep your mouth healthy and avoid more invasive procedures (like a root canal), it’s important to stop decay with a dental filling.

We offer white fillings to restore your tooth back to its normal function and shape while maintaining the natural look of your beautiful smile.

Crowns

A dental crown is like a cap that covers the entire visible portion of the tooth, protecting its remaining structure and bringing back its original shape, size, and color.

If decay has spread over a large surface area of your tooth, it must all be removed to stop further damage. In this case, a dental filling may not be enough to restore the integrity of the tooth. A dental crown is often the better option.

Bridges

Have you lost a tooth or two? Find out if a dental bridge is right for you. We often recommend this treatment for those who:

  • Are missing one or more teeth
  • Have an otherwise strong, stable bite
  • Aren’t interested in surgical treatment

We’ll evaluate your needs and help you decide if a bridge is the best option for your health and future.

Dentures and Partials

We use modern technology to deliver effective denture treatments for missing teeth. We offer a variety of denture options created with top-of-the-line materials to perfectly fit your mouth and restore your ability to chew, speak, and live your life.

Modern dentures have come a long way from treatments available even just a few years ago. When we recommend dentures, we’re recommending an attractive, non-invasive, long-lasting, and custom solution.

Emergencies

How do I know if I’m having a dental emergency?

Contact us and we’ll let you know for sure. You’re usually experiencing a dental emergency and need immediate care when….

  • A toothache is getting worse
  • It hurts to chew, brush, or speak
  • A tooth is loose or broken
  • Your gums are bleeding or swollen

Cosmetic Dentistry and Aesthetics

Everyone deserves a great smile. We offer these services to improve the appearance of your smile.

Aesthetic Porcelain Restorations

Veneers, crowns, and bonding are  some of our most popular cosmetic treatments. They’re an amazing way to give you an extra boost of confidence in your smile and life.

Not only do these restorations cover up imperfections and smooth out your smile, they can also help accentuate your lovely cheekbones or make your face more symmetrical.

What Aesthetic Porcelain Restorations treat:

  • Spacing & unevenness
  • Staining
  • Chips
  • Worn down teeth

Whitening

We offer the highest level of in-office, professional-strength teeth whitening available. This treatment is only offered through dental practices like ours. Using this chemically activated system, you’ll soon have a brighter, whiter smile. No hot or uncomfortable LED teeth-whitening lights necessary!

Orthodontics

Clear aligner therapy straightens your teeth while remaining virtually invisible in your mouth. Plus, most treatments take less than a year to achieve amazing results.

Botox

BOTOX is an FDA-approved medicine that is injected into muscles to block the reception of nerve impulses and relax the muscles that create facial wrinkles. It can also target jaw muscles to reduce bruxism (teeth grinding) and teeth clenching, alleviate headaches, migraine pain, and TMJ disorders.

BOTOX does not require incisions, stitches, or surgery, making a very popular non-surgical and non-invasive cosmetic solution for facial wrinkles and muscular concerns

Juvederm

JUVÉDERM is a smooth filler that plumps the skin and rounds out the area around your mouth, replacing natural substances that diminish in facial skin as you age.

JUVÉDERM is a gel that is injected directly into the areas around your mouth nose, erasing smile lines and facial folds.

Surgical Services

We offer dental surgery services so you can receive all your dental care from the team you know and trust, without the need for an oral surgeon referral.

Root Canals

This restorative treatment is the best way to stop painful decay and infection and save your tooth from extraction.

A root canal removes the cavity and infected pulp (and the pain). A tooth can happily survive without the pulp, making a root canal a great way to keep your tooth and restore function to your smile.

Implants

Don’t let missing teeth affect your health or make you self-conscious. Dental implants are the best way to restore the appearance and function of your smile.

By filling gaps left by missing teeth, our dental implants provide better chewing ability and help you avoid long-term dental health and jaw joint problems.

Extractions

When tooth damage is so extensive that it cannot be repaired with a filling, crown, or root canal, a dental extraction may be necessary.

We know the idea of having a tooth extracted can cause feelings of stress or anxiety. We’re with you every step of the way and offer sedation options to ensure your comfort.

Wisdom Teeth

If your wisdom teeth are causing problems, then we’d recommend an extraction as soon as possible. Especially for teenagers, getting wisdom teeth extracted is a proactive way to prevent painful impaction, gum inflammation, and other issues in the future.

Sedation

Through the use of nitrous oxide, commonly called “laughing gas,” this form of sedation takes the edge off and helps you relax. Administered through a small and comfortable mask placed over your nose, it wears off quickly so you can go back to work or enjoy your day right away. Safe for adults and kids of all ages.
